Lisa Knapp has over 19 years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist for Canopy. Prior to that, they were a Support Squad Superstar for Canopy Tax from 2019-2022. From 2015-2018, they worked as a Customer Support for Intuit Merchant Services/Desktop Payroll. Lisa was also a Customer Service Representative for Provo City from 2018-2019. From 2012-2015, they owned Healer's Art. Before that, they worked for the Provo School District from 2003-2012. During that time, they served as an Elementary School Librarian, One-to-One Supervisor, and Title 1 Para Educator.

Lisa Knapp obtained a Certificate in Emotion Code Certification from Healer's Library in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 1984 to 1986, studying Theatre Arts.
