Tom Heng is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the cycling industry. Currently serving as the Global Director of Engineering at Cannondale since April 2024, Tom previously held key positions at Cycling Sports Group, including Director of Design Engineering and Mountain Engineering Manager from November 2016 to April 2024. Prior experience includes working as an R&D Project Manager/R&D Project Engineer at Quest Composite, focusing on the development of carbon bicycle components. Earlier, Tom was a Mechanical Engineer at Inteplast Group, where responsibilities included designing and managing mechanical engineering projects. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, completed in 2009.
