Shaun Hickman has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Shaun started their career in 1999 at Atomic Ski USA, where they held various positions including Territory Support/Race Sales and Territory Sales Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for sales, retail support, and managing athlete sponsorships. Shaun later joined Eastern Mountain Sports in 2007 and held the positions of Buyer- Cycling and Car Rack Solutions, and Product Manager Cycling. At Eastern Mountain Sports, they managed vendor relationships, drove the buying process, and developed merchandise strategies. Shaun then joined The Weller Group in 2015 as a Regional Sales Manager, where they contributed to the company's sales growth. Most recently, they joined Cannondale in 2019 as an Outside Sales representative.

Shaun Hickman completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science/Communication from Montana State University-Bozeman, spanning from 1995 to 1999.
