Hans Engels has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Hans began their career as a Trainee After Sales at GINAF Trucks Nederland B.V. in February 2013 and worked until July 2013. Hans then moved on to Volvo Trucks Nederland as a Trainee Product from September 2013 to January 2014. Following this, they joined GINAF Trucks Nederland B.V. again as a Graduation student from September 2014 to January 2015.

In 2015, Hans Engels joined myStromer AG, where they held the position of Service Engineer from February 2015 to May 2018. Hans then advanced to the role of Service Manager and worked from June 2018 to July 2019.

Since 2019, Hans Engels has been working at Cannondale. Hans initially served as a Technical Expert from August 2019 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of After Sales Coordinator at the company, starting in February 2022.

Throughout their career, Hans Engels has gained valuable experience in after-sales coordination, technical expertise, service management, service engineering, and product training.

Hans Engels obtained their HAVO (higher general secondary education) degree from Liemers College, where they focused on the fields of Natural Sciences and Technology, as well as Natural Sciences and Health. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 2010 to 2015.
