Rica Askew has a significant amount of experience in sales, marketing, and client services. Rica started their career in 1991 as the Director of Stores at The Tog Shop, Inc. Rica then worked as the Office Manager at Gynecology Associates, P.C. from 2005-2006. Rica went on to work as an Operations Manager at ABL Holding Corp. before it was purchased by Spiegel Brands, Inc. In 2006, they became the Senior Manager of the GA Contact Center at Spiegel Brands, Inc. Rica then joined PharmaCentra in 2008 as an Operations Manager and later took on positions as an Account Manager, Director of Client Services, and finally Vice President of Client Services. In 2015, they also became the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Concentra Solutions. Most recently, Rica is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at CannabisBPO, a division of PharmaCentra, LLC, where they specialize in customer engagement services.

Rica Askew attended Georgia Southwestern State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
