Katarina Payne has extensive experience in retail management and CNC operations. Currently serving as a Store Manager at High Tide Inc. since June 2022, Katarina previously held the same position at Delota Corp. from November 2016 to February 2022, where substantial contributions were made to sales growth, key performance indicators, and customer relations. Prior to that, Katarina began a career in manufacturing as a CNC Operator at KPT Precision Inc., transitioning from a co-op student to a valued team member in the milling department. Katarina holds a Diploma in CNC Programming and Precision Machining from George Brown College, earned between 2019 and 2021.
