Brigitte Hayes is an experienced professional in project management and analytical science within the cannabis manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Contract Manufacturing Executive Associate & Projects at Cann Group since September 2018, Brigitte oversees internal and customer-based manufacturing projects, focusing on the implementation of new product forms and ongoing customer relationship management. Previously, Brigitte held the role of Commercial Operations Project Lead (Technical), where responsibilities included project management, customer management, and logistics as a subject matter expert in cannabis manufacturing. Brigitteā€™s career also includes roles as a Research Officer at Hexima Limited, where stability studies and formulation development for antifungal peptides were conducted, and as a Laboratory Demonstrator and Research Assistant at La Trobe University, contributing to undergraduate education and research in biochemistry. Brigitte holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Honours from La Trobe University.
