Pete Simpson is an experienced Utility and Plant Operator with a diverse background in the energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Utility/Sulphur Plant Operator at Canlin Energy Corporation since February 2022, previous roles include significant positions at Conoco Phillips, where responsibilities encompassed the commissioning and operation of a Water Treatment Plant, and Suncor Energy, overseeing the operation of a Disposal Water Treatment Plant. Earlier experience includes roles at Petro Canada as a Plant Operator and Goodyear Canada as Chief Steam Engineer, where responsibilities featured managing complex energy systems. Pete Simpson also possesses educational credentials from Medicine Hat College and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
