Daniel Heyman

President and Chief Strategy Officer at Candy

Daniel Heyman has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the technology and blockchain industries. Daniel is currently serving as the President and Chief Strategy Officer at Candy Digital since June 2023. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at Enterprise Ethereum Alliance starting from March 2022.

From February 2021 to June 2023, Daniel was the Co-Founder and CEO of Palm NFT Studio. Before that, they worked at ConsenSys, where they held the positions of General Manager, Protocol Engineering (PegaSys) from July 2019 to October 2021, and Co-Founder, Protocol Engineering Groups and Systems from July 2017 to July 2019.

Furthermore, Daniel has entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded Stack AI, Inc. in June 2014, where they developed AI-enhanced mobile tools for networking and relationship management. Daniel served as the Chief Operating Officer at Demeter Entrepreneurs Support Network from January 2014 to May 2015, supporting entrepreneurs in low-income countries.

Daniel started their career as a Project Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action / Jameel Poverty Action Lab, MIT, from October 2011 to September 2012. In this role, they worked on developing partnerships and projects with private companies implementing new technologies across East and West Africa.
