Rachel Link Robinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, people management, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations + People at Forethought since May 2021, Rachel also holds positions as Board Advisor at CandorIQ and Strategic Advisor at ChangeEngine, alongside being a founding member of Knoetic | CPOHQ. Previously, Rachel was Vice President of People + Operations at Thorn, where efforts focused on hyperscaling a mission-driven tech startup, and served as Chief of Staff at Marinus Analytics, contributing to innovative solutions in the fight against human trafficking. Earlier career highlights include roles at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup, where Rachel specialized in global recruitment and executive search.
