Kathryn Tippett has a diverse range of work experience. Kathryn is currently working as the Head of Finance at Candid since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Warby Parker, where they held various finance roles including Senior FP&A Manager, FP&A Manager, and Senior Finance Associate from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Warby Parker, they worked at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as a Financial Analyst for the West Elm Brand from 2015 to 2018. Kathryn also has experience as a Financial Accountant at ED&F Man Capital Markets from 2013 to 2015, and as a Recruiter at Stephen James Associates from 2012 to 2013.

Kathryn Tippett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College, completing their education from 2008 to 2012.
