Erin Symons Drooks currently serves as the Head of Talent at Candid Health, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Erin was the Head of Business Recruiting at Plaid from October 2017 to January 2022 and held the role of Head of Recruiting at Forward, Inc., where significant team growth was achieved from 15 to 75 employees. Erin's recruitment expertise includes a substantial tenure at Uber Technologies, where progress included transitioning from Operations Recruiting to Corporate Recruiting and pioneering the Localization team. Earlier career experiences involved recruitment roles at Career Group Inc., Montage Hotels & Resorts, and involvement with the Venice Family Clinic as a volunteer. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Southern Methodist University and studied at SMU in Paris, France.
