Goushik Nattanmai has a diverse work experience in the field of manufacturing engineering. Goushik started their career as a Manufacturing Trainee at ZF Rane Automotive India Private Limited, where they gained experience in Lean Production System. Goushik also completed their Bachelor Thesis in Manufacturing Engineering during this time.

Goushik then took on various roles at ABB, including Summer work in Production Development and project management, a Master Thesis Student role, and ultimately a Production Development Specialist position.

After that, Goushik joined Northvolt as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they developed and implemented digital Traveler and Traceability systems for Energy Storage System products. Goushik also created production layouts and simulation models, and played a key role in designing manufacturing processes and managing change.

Currently, Goushik is working as a Manufacturing Engineer Assembly at Candela, where they are involved in the production of Electric Hydrofoil Boats.

Goushik Nattanmai holds a Master's degree (M.S.) in Production Engineering and Management, which was obtained from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from the year 2018 to 2020. Furthermore, Goushik Nattanmai also possesses a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, completed between 2012 and 2016. In addition to their formal education, Goushik Nattanmai has obtained various certifications. These include a MATLAB Course certification from LinkedIn, received in April 2020. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from CSense Management Solutions : Lean Six Sigma Kaizen Consultants in India, obtained in March 2016. Moreover, Goushik Nattanmai is an AUTO CAD CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL, having obtained the certification from Autodesk in July 2014.
