Malcolm Smith is an experienced IT professional with over three decades in the industry, currently serving as the Group Head of IT at C&C Group since January 2010, where responsibilities include the full setup of IT systems and infrastructure for the integration of Tennents UK and Gaymers Cider Co, as well as managing IT Services Partner services. Previously, Malcolm held the position of IT Customer Relationship Manager at Scottish and Newcastle from October 1978 to October 2008, contributing to the UK Senior IT Management Team and managing relationships across all functions to define IT strategy.
