Kath Bretton is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience across healthcare and public sectors. Currently serving as Senior Category Manager at Cancer Research UK, Kath has previously held roles such as Procurement Manager (Interim) at Alzheimer's Society, where critical processes and tools were established to enhance procurement efficiency. With a strong background at NHS England, Kath led the Covid Response Network for Renal Services and managed specialized commissioning contracts with a portfolio value of £150 million. Earlier experience includes significant procurement projects at NHS CPC, Premier Farnell, GE Global Consumer Finance, NHS Supplies Authority, and Yorkshire Regional Health Authority.
