Tom Venner serves as the Chief Development Officer at Canary Wharf Group since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading development initiatives for the Canary Wharf Estate. Prior to this role, Tom was the Managing Director at The Euston Partnership from July 2020 to July 2022, focusing on coordinating significant government investments in Euston. From January 2017 to July 2022, Tom held the position of Commercial Development Director at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, overseeing real estate projects along the HS2 route. Tom's earlier experience includes various roles at Land Securities from February 2007 to January 2017, an Associate Partner position at Drivers Jonas from December 2003 to February 2007, and a Surveyor role at Montagu Evans from July 2001 to December 2003. Tom Venner earned a degree in Land Management, Planning & Development from Reading University, where studies were completed from 1998 to 2001, and attended Wells Cathedral School from 1991 to 1996.
