Sil Sehra is an experienced technology and transformation leader with a robust background in IT strategy and digital transformation. Currently serving as Director of Technology & Transformation at Canary Wharf Group since October 2023, Sil previously held the position of CIO/IT Director at British Sugar, delivering significant changes in IT strategy and alignment with business needs. Previous roles include Divisional IT Director at Kier Group, where Sil led IT transformation efforts, and interim positions at Rentokil Initial and NBCUniversal, focusing on enterprise architecture and change programs. Sil's extensive career includes key roles at Alghanim Industries, Boots, and Unilever, emphasizing application development, strategic vendor management, and global IT alignment in various sectors. Sil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Essex and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies & Marketing from Kingston University.
