Neil Griffiths, MBA, is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People & Development at Canary Wharf Group plc. Previously, Neil held various leadership positions at H+H UK Limited, including HR Director & Group Compliance Manager, HR & Business Improvement Director, and Head of HR & Company Secretary. Additionally, Neil serves as a Trustee Director & Company Secretary for the H+H Celcon Pension Fund.
