Shailesh Paunikar has over a decade of experience in the banking and human resources sectors. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Canara Bank since November 2013, Shailesh has held various positions within the bank including Officer and Clerk. Prior to Canara Bank, Shailesh worked as HR & Admin Officer at Aakar Bahuudeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha, focusing on recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and project management. Earlier experience includes a role as Management Trainee - HR at Glint Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed similar HR functions, and a brief study on employee job satisfaction at Gammon India Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR from Sinhgad Business School and a B.Com from the College of Commerce & Economics, R.T.M. Nagpur.
