Danielle David Parks has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Danielle started as a Co-Founder at Jane Strategy in 2019 and continued working there until 2020. Danielle then joined Material as a Partner and Head of Talent from January 2020 to September 2023. In 2020, they also co-founded The Ambr Group and served as the Former Interim Head of People. Danielle went on to co-found Coldcart and Level Company in 2021, and subsequently co-founded Unlimited in 2022. Currently, Danielle is working as the Head of Talent at Canapi Ventures since September 2023.

Danielle David Parks pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Learning and Organizational Change, Business Institutions from Northwestern University. Later, they enrolled in the M.S. in Management Studies - Russell Fellows Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
