Jia Yi Koo is a skilled Product Manager at Canalys since April 2022, previously serving as a Software Engineer from September 2015 to January 2021. During this tenure, Jia Yi Koo led the design and development of significant website revamps in 2021 and 2018, and also created an interactive organizational chart for onboarding as a UX Engineer. Jia Yi Koo provided on-site technical support for the Canalys Channels Forum APAC 2015 in Bali, Indonesia. Jia Yi Koo holds a Bachelor of Information, Communication and Technology with a focus on System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus, completed in 2015.
