Pilo Martín is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, mentorship, and communication across various sectors. Since April 2009, Pilo has served as the Director of Jóvenes Promesas, an independent organization focused on leveraging education to enhance community environments. Additionally, Pilo is a Mentor in Persuasive and Strategic Communication at Andalucía Open Future, a collaborative project promoting innovation-driven entrepreneurship in Andalusia. Contributions to media include roles as a collaborator on Canal Sur TV's "La tarde" and "La calle de En medio." As the CEO and Founder of Con Acento since May 2011, Pilo has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous positions include Director of Communication at Eddea Architecture and Urbanism and founding the Debate Club at Universidad Pablo de Olavide, where Pilo also represented students as a government advisor. Educational accomplishments include degrees in Law, Business Administration, and Political Science from Universidad Pablo de Olavide, supplemented by business studies at Fordham University.
