Kerri Smith, CPHR, currently serves as AVP, HR Business Partnerships at Canadian Western Bank since May 2018, having previously held roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Kerri has extensive experience in talent acquisition strategy and process implementation aimed at fulfilling organizational talent needs.
