Lisa Damiani is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in senior executive roles across various industries. Currently serving as EVP & General Counsel at Canadian Tire Corporation since September 2023, Lisa has previously held positions such as EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Cadillac Fairview and Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer at Rogers Communications. Earlier in their career, Lisa acted as Special Interim Counsel at Altus Group and served as General Counsel, EVP, Government Relations & Corporate Secretary at New Gold Inc. Additionally, Lisa built a solid foundation as a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP from 1999 to 2013. Educationally, Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.
