The Canadian Sport Institute Ontario is a member of a network of Canadian Sport Institutes across the country designed to enhance the daily training environment of Canada's high performance athletes and coaches.   Canadian Sport Institutes are an exciting and very effective layer of support to athletes and coaches in the Canadian Sport System.

In developing our vision statement, Staff and Board provided vivid descriptions of the ‘mountain that we want to climb.’ Our mountain beckons us daily to fulfill our purpose.
