Stan Plese is an experienced professional in engineering and technical support, currently serving as the Engineering Support / Service Manager at Canadian Solar Inc. since July 2022, where responsibilities include supporting a new residential hybrid battery system product launch. Prior to this role, Stan held various positions, including Application / Technical Support Engineer at MPINarada, where duties involved pre-sales and commissioning of utility scale battery systems, and BESS Technical Sales Support Manager at both NantEnergy and Sharp Electronics, focusing on modular SmartStorage® systems. Stan's background also includes roles in project management and engineering at SunWize Technologies, CVC Technologies, CCL Labeling Equipment, Lindsey Manufacturing Company, and C & D interiors. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
