Stephane Filion is a seasoned software architect and engineer with extensive experience in both leading software development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions. Currently serving as Software Team Lead for Caterpillar Inc.'s Autonomous Drill System and Rotary Drill Display since April 2012, Stephane ensures timely and high-quality delivery of software. In addition to professional roles, Stephane volunteers as First Aid Training Manager for the Canadian Ski Patrol, managing the training of about 150 members annually. Previous positions include Embedded Software Designer at Kontron and Software Designer at Regulvar, where Stephane developed the RUBI gateway for seamless communication between devices using different protocols. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure.
