Synthia K. currently serves as a Pastry Chef at Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts since July 2019, while also holding the position of Apprentice at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise since August 2015. Synthia K. completed a Bakers Apprenticeship Program in Baking and Pastry Arts at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019 and earned a Diploma in Culinary Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology between 2013 and 2015.
