Chloe Blouin is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in human resources and retail management. Currently serving as a People and Culture Advisor at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer since October 2020, Chloe has previously held roles as a People and Culture Analyst and a Human Resources Assistant at SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health. With extensive experience at Aritzia from July 2014 to January 2020, Chloe advanced through various positions, culminating in the role of Store Manager, where strong people management skills and team motivation were key achievements. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of British Columbia, a Human Resource Management certification from George Brown College, and a diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Humber College.
