Meera Nathwani-Crowe is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Manager of Technology and Innovation at Canadian Natural Resources Limited since June 2017. Previously, Meera held the position of Manager of Sustainable Development, Innovation, and Hydrogen Fuels at Shell Canada Limited, where notable achievements included navigating organizational changes amidst industry volatility and overseeing a team of five. Meera's earlier tenure at Shell Canada as Environment and Technology Manager for Heavy Oil involved defending key initiatives during economic downturns and significantly reducing technology budgets while meeting business objectives. Meera holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Environmental Engineering from Queen’s University, completed in 1995.
