Kate Ivanova CEng MICE is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in structural integrity and project management. Currently serving as Integrity Superintendent at Canadian Natural Resources Limited since September 2019, Kate has held multiple leadership roles including Technical Integrity Team Lead and Structural Technical Authority. Prior experience includes positions at ConocoPhillips as a Project Engineer and Structural Integrity Engineer, as well as roles at Atkins and Skanska focused on structural engineering. Kate holds a Master of Engineering in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and has pursued further education, including a Postgraduate Certificate in Oil and Gas Structural Engineering from the University of Aberdeen and a Master's degree in Process Technology and Management from the University of Strathclyde, expected to be completed in August 2025.
