Bilal (Bill) Shmoury, P.Eng, is an experienced Facilities Engineer at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) since March 2006, where responsibilities have included serving as the Lead Hand for the Bitumen Production Extraction Plant and roles in operations, process engineering, and thermal project management. Prior experience includes a position as Project Engineer at Polaris Engineering from 2004 to 2006. Bilal Shmoury earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta between 2000 and 2004.
