Tony Lepanto is an experienced IT operations leader currently serving as Team Lead for the IT Operations Command Center at CN since December 2018, where responsibilities include incident management and team development. Prior to this, Tony held the position of Enterprise Account Manager at CA Technologies, managing a $13.5 million client portfolio and driving technology adoption for significant clients such as CN Railway and Air Canada. With a decade-long tenure at Insight in various sales and management roles, Tony oversaw a portfolio worth $80 million and developed a comprehensive training program for new hires. Earlier experience includes teaching English as a second language in Taiwan. Tony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and a Minor in History from Concordia University, alongside an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology focused on Network Administration from Delta College.
