Matthew Sullivan P. Eng. is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in engineering and officiating sports. Currently employed at Roy Consultants since June 2015, Matthew has held positions as both a Civil Engineer and a Civil Engineer in Training. In addition to engineering, Matthew serves as a linesman for the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League since August 2022 and has been the Referee in Chief for Zone 7 of the New Brunswick Hockey Officials Association since August 2019. Previous roles include serving as a Residence Proctor at the University of New Brunswick and positions with the City of Bathurst, where Matthew gained experience as a Senior and Junior Civil Engineering Student. Matthew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, completed in 2015.
