Rimma Jaciw, CFE, serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairwoman of the Membership Committee at the Canadian Franchise Association since July 2017. With extensive experience at WSI World since January 2004, Rimma oversees global operational performance, including customer support, legal, billing, collections, and compliance for a vast network of digital marketing consultants. Previous roles include Business Consultant at Sharp Electronics of Canada Ltd., Managing Director at Euroventures, and President of European Operations at Ashurst Technology Corporation. Rimma holds the Certified Franchise Executive designation from the International Franchise Association, earned between 2008 and 2011.
