Nicolas Francoeur has extensive experience in aquatic coordination, physical fitness instruction, and safety training. Currently serving as an Aquatic Coordinator and Aquatic Fitness Instructor at Services de bien-être et moral des Forces canadiennes since July 2019, Nicolas also holds the position of Vice-President and Director of Development at Formation 3P since November 2020, where the focus is on providing an interactive training platform for first aid and rescue certifications. Involvement with Société de sauvetage - Division du Québec as a National Trainer and in various training capacities since September 2013 highlights expertise in lifeguarding and first aid training. Other notable roles include working at Villages Vacances Valcartier as a National Lifeguard, and serving in multiple capacities within the Canadian Red Cross and educational institutions, underscoring a commitment to aquatic safety and instructor development. Nicolas possesses a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Université Laval and multiple certifications in lifesaving and first aid.
