Paul Kaye is a seasoned executive in the audio and media industry, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Audio at Rogers Sports & Media since May 2016. With a focus on strategic, financial, cultural, and operational leadership, Paul has held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Music Brands & In House TV Production and Vice President of Product & Talent Development. In addition, Paul is the President and Board Chair of Radioplayer Canada and serves as a Director for Canadian Broadcast Sales. Previously, Paul held significant roles at Newcap Radio and Orion Media Ltd, emphasizing talent development and brand strategy. Paul holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, is trained in Organizational Coaching from The University of British Columbia, and has completed a program in the Art & Science of Innovation at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
