Fred Kurnell has a robust background in technology and enterprise architecture, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Enterprise Architect at Canada Life since January 2016. Previously, Kurnell held various leadership positions at Investors Group from January 2007 to December 2015, including Assistant Vice President of the Technology Solution Center, Director of Telecommunications, and Divisional Architect. Kurnell's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior System Architect at both Investors Group and Great-West Life from 1994 to 2006. Educationally, Kurnell earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Winnipeg between 1983 and 1988.
