Alain Harari currently serves as the President and CEO of CanadaDirect, an integrated marketing solutions provider with over 25 years of experience in transforming and supporting businesses through contact center solutions, digital marketing services, and affinity partnerships. Under Alain Harari's leadership, CanadaDirect has established PCI level 1 certified contact centers in Montreal, Quebec, and Cebu, Philippines. Prior to this role, Alain Harari worked at IBM as the Regional Manager for Eastern Canada from January 1976 to April 1982.
