Susan Chance holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Vancouver Island University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Wesleyan College. With experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Shaw Communications since January 2020, Susan leads Agile teams, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources for software delivery. Previous roles include Project Specialist at Chances Hotel, where important decisions were recorded, and reports were prepared, as well as an I.T. Assistant at Wesleyan College, where Susan provided support for hardware and networking issues. Additional experience includes tutoring as an AVID Tutor at Howard High School and working as a receptionist at Chances Hotel.
