Jason Burke is an accomplished professional in the fields of urban planning and policy, currently serving as Senior Manager of Social Policy at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation since October 2023, and previously held the position of Senior Manager of Intergovernmental Relations in the Policy Sector at the same organization since December 2021. With extensive teaching experience, Jason has been a University Lecturer at Toronto Metropolitan University since August 2017, where courses focused on housing and policy analysis were taught. Jason's previous roles include Senior Specialist in Policy Analysis at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Team Leader at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, and Senior Policy Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Educational qualifications include a PhD in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Toronto, an MSc in Human Geography and Planning from Utrecht University, and a BA in Urban Studies from Concordia University.
