Annette Dillon has been a key figure at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) since 1999, currently serving as Director/Insurance Lead for the Affordable Rental Housing Financing Initiative, contributing to a $2.5 billion program to stimulate rental housing construction in line with Canada's Federal Budget 2016. Previously, Annette held the role of Manager for Multi-Residential Housing Policy, where responsibilities included policy development for various types of residential housing and adjudicating complex loan files. As Director of Client Relations Operations, Annette oversees a communications and marketing team dedicated to promoting CMHC mortgage loan insurance products. Annette's extensive experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Consultant, providing strategic HR guidance and managing a team of underwriters for multi-unit residential properties. Annette holds a degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources and Finance from Memorial University, obtained from 1980 to 1985.
