Benjamin Li is an experienced professional in youth sports development and administration, currently serving as the Youth & 3x3 Development Manager at Canada Basketball since May 2018. With a strong background in program coordination, Benjamin has successfully assisted in the operations of the Jr. NBA Youth Basketball program for children aged 5-12. Previous roles include positions as Sports Administrative Assistant and Domestic Development Intern at the City of Mississauga, where Benjamin led youth basketball and soccer programs, crafted detailed program plans, and managed groups of children. Additional experience includes event coordination for recreational sports and technical system analysis at RBC. Benjamin holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Business Management and a Diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services from Humber College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Science from McMaster University.
