Theresa Gutschow, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Camping World since October 2022, providing strategic business consultation to regional teams and shared service groups while advising leadership on various HR strategies. Prior to this role, Theresa held multiple positions at H&M from November 2009 to October 2022, including Area Human Resources Manager, Store Manager, and Department Manager, where responsibilities ranged from implementing key change initiatives to managing high-volume sales and effective recruiting efforts. Earlier experience includes working as a Co Sales Manager at Victoria's Secret from December 2004 to July 2009. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resource Management from Capella University in January 2023 and has educational credentials from Columbia College Chicago and Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School.
