Hilde Goovaerts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and operational management. Currently serving as the Sustainability Director and Director of Lean Plant Management at Campine since 2001, Hilde focuses on driving improvement, breakthrough innovations, and ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance. Prior to this role, Hilde held various positions at Philips from 1990 to 2001, including Operations Manager and Production Manager of Draad. Hilde's academic credentials include a degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Metallurgy from KU Leuven (1983-1989) and additional studies at Ghent University in 2007.
