Shari Jefferson is an experienced educator and data analytics apprentice with a strong background in teaching and program management. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for both Campbell Union High School District and San José Unified School District since March 2022, Shari tailors instructional materials to meet diverse learning needs and creates a positive classroom environment. Previously, Shari enhanced the Young Adults program at Vintage Faith Church through data analysis and strategic outreach, resulting in increased attendance post-pandemic. Shari's earlier roles include barista at The Abbey, where strong customer service and financial management skills were demonstrated, and restaurant crew member at Janesco Enterprises, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving abilities. Shari holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Critical Race and Ethnic Studies and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
