Doug Barndt is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in energy management and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at Campbell Soup Company since 2023, Doug previously held the position of Utilities Engineering Manager at Danone, overseeing energy and water efficiency across 13 North American factories. At Ball Corporation, Doug excelled as Manager of Demand Side Energy - Sustainability, implementing significant energy efficiency improvements and spearheading the corporate carbon management program. Earlier in their career, as an Environmental Consultant for Radian and TRC, Doug provided comprehensive consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies on environmental compliance and management. Doug holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
