Billie Hall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and planning. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Campbell Oil Company since October 2019, Billie previously held the position of Director of Planning/Zoning/Code Enforcement and Main Street, as well as Accounting/Finance roles at the Town of Elizabethtown from March 2012 to August 2019. Billie holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bladen Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Development from the University of Mount Olive. Additionally, Billie is a graduate of the Rural Economic Development Institute-REDI XXVI and holds the Certified Zoning Official (CZO) designation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in Planning and Zoning Administration.
