Sophia Garibaldi is a professional with experience in the recruitment sector, currently serving as a Consultant in the Machine Learning/AI team at Campbell North since May 2021. In this role, Sophia collaborates with both technical start-ups and major firms in Silicon Valley, including Tier-1 quantitative trading companies. Previously, Sophia worked as a Researcher at Martin Tripp Associates from January 2020 to May 2021, focusing on executive search for senior leadership roles in the Information, Technology, and Communications industries. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham and graduated from St. Louis High School of Milan with a High School Diploma.
