Yolonda Richardson is an accomplished public health and nonprofit leader with extensive experience in global health initiatives and women's rights. Currently serving as President and CEO of the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids since July 2009, Yolonda Richardson oversees programs aimed at reducing tobacco consumption in middle and low-income countries and collaborates under the Bloomberg Global Initiative to implement effective tobacco control policies. Previously, Yolonda Richardson founded Richardson Consulting, providing strategic support to nonprofit organizations and development agencies. As President and CEO of the Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA) from 2003 to 2008, Yolonda Richardson advanced women's rights through global partnerships. Additionally, Yolonda Richardson held positions at Africare, focusing on rural development projects across Africa, and at the Carnegie Corporation of New York, where Yolonda Richardson managed grant programs to improve women's health and governance. Yolonda Richardson holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, and a Bachelor's degree from Dillard University.
